How do I return an item?

What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the day you receive the item. (Delivery Confirmation). To return it for a exchange/store credit ONLY. Anything received after the 14 day period, will not qualify. All sale items are FINAL.
You are free to return your item(s) in the original packaging or whatever packaging you choose. Please do not staple any bags as it can damage the item(s).
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 48 business hours of your return's arrival. It can take up to two weeks to fully process your return and reimbursement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account
What are the shipping options?
Shipping for all U.S. orders have a $4.00 flat rate shipping fee & Free with orders over $75! Boots are a flat rate of $8.50.
What is the typical size chart?
IN GENERAL: 00-EXTRA SMALL, 2-4 SMALL,6-8 MEDIUM, 10-12 LARGE, 12-14 EXTRA LARGE! Every item runs differently therefore there is no size chart that will work for certain for every person! Pay special attention to the product description where we note if items runs small, large, or are true to size. If you have questions about certain item or items please email us.
What is the status of my order?
You can review the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top of the page, where you can sign into your account and view your order status/history or check on your email.
How do I track my order?
Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Please allow 7 business days before inquiring about the status of your order.
How do I know if my order was placed?
Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. You may also view your order by clicking on the My account ink at the top right of the page and logging into your account.

We are located in downtown Abilene, Texas at 202 Pine St. Suite 102. Come see us Monday-Friday 10-6, Saturday 10-7 and Sundays 1-5 ( we are closed on Sundays during the summer).
